We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manufacturing Manager with relevant experience in LED lighting for the architectural market or similar. The role is to oversee and lead our Purchasing and Production teams. To ensure all projects are delivered on time, introduce new processes to improve efficiencies, report to the board each month and manage stock levels and production budgets and resources.
You will be working both directly and indirectly with our suppliers, clients and distributors globally. You will manage the operations and supply chain from the point at which the client has been invoiced to the point at which the client is content with the product received from TM Lighting.

The primary function of this role is to support the Sales team with administration from inception to completion of projects, to provide excellent client services, as well as support and oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the studio.

The primary function of this role is to meet with specifiers and and perform the proactive sales function in the business. With a minimum of 5 years experience in sales within the lighting industry, the candidate would have good connections with Lighting Designers, Interior Designers and Architects. Secondly to this, and specific to TM Lighting, is to meet clients with significant art collections, and to help them understand the importance of good art lighting will not only transform the collection, but also the home.
This role will be predominantly out of the office meeting clients, with touch points in the office as necessary. This role would be best suited to a confident, outward going person, with strong organisational skills.
