MOTHERHOOD: LUMIOUS ORIGINS

Apollo and TM Lighting are hosting a special preview and conversation with artist Ella Bril led by Arjun Sajip, Apollo, web editor.

The talk will surround Bril’s work which explores the possibilities of figurative painting in brightly coloured oils.

Having recently become a mother, Bril paints the experience of motherhood with warmth of friends and family, but at the same time conveying the emotional blur that often comes with the territory of early motherhood.
