TM Lighting is an art-lighting specialist with a world-leading reputation for transforming private and public art collections globally through award-winning, state-of-the-art design and manufacture of LED lighting products. Providing a personal design and advisory service for curators, collectors and advisors it transforms art collections in historic houses, royal palaces, contemporary galleries, museums and institutions.
We are looking for a proactive, dynamic Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital and social media to plan and implement a targeted marketing campaign to engage B2C and B2B audiences. The function of the role is to build brand awareness to help sustain our leading status in the art, lighting and interior design marketplace, alongside identifying opportunities to gain competitive advantage, and support the commercial team in achieving company sales targets.
Located near King’s Cross, TM Lighting has a not-for-profit space, TM Gallery which presents a thriving programme of contemporary art exhibitions, talks and events throughout the year, supporting emerging and mid-career artists in collaboration with galleries and curators. British sculptor, Richard Wentworth, Iwona Blazwick OBE, Robert Montgomery, Rayvenn Shaleigha D’Clark and the University of Arts London to name but a few, are among those featuring in this space.
The Marketing Executive will report into the founding directors running the business and senior consultants setting the marketing and PR strategy, whilst also responsible for implementing the marketing plan. 2025/2026 marks an exciting time for TM Lighting as it expands its presence in the US market and strengthens its offering in the UK and Europe.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns in liaison with the Sales/Design Team and External Curator, PR and Marketing Consultants.
• Manage and execute company social media through Instagram and Linkedin primarily
• Produce accurate and visually appealing material to support key event partners and provide creative input into potential sponsorship agreements.
• Plan and implement product marketing campaigns including product launches, print and online advertising, direct mail, email, sales promotions and partnerships, social media and PR campaigns.
• Manage events and promotional activity surrounding the TM Gallery programme of exhibitions and talks
• Develop and agree briefs with the directors for external agencies/consultants and suppliers including; creative, print and media buying and PR.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with industry partners, trade associations and other relevant professional organisations.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of client and comms databases.
• Produce post-campaign digital reports, analysing the effectiveness of the campaigns, and make informed recommendations for their development.
• Oversee a budget for external resources (social media, media buying, events, design and print).
CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Strong understanding and experience in all marketing channels, particularly email marketing, social media, direct marketing and data
• Experience in using marketing software tools including Mailchimp, Hootsuite, WordPress CMS, Canva or Adobe
• Experience in implementing digital campaigns including google ads, social ads and email marketing
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in event programming and content generation is advantageous

REMUNERATION
• The role is a part-time position (3 or 4 day) a week position based at the TM Lighting offices in King’s Cross where our gallery is located.

We are growing the the team and we have an exciting opportunity to help expand the business into the next decade, we are seeking a new team member in a Specification Sales role.
The primary function of this role is to meet with specifiers and and perform the proactive sales function in the business. With a minimum of 5 years experience in sales within the lighting industry, the candidate would have good connections with Lighting Designers, Interior Designers and Architects. Secondly to this, and specific to TM Lighting, is to meet clients with significant art collections, and to help them understand the importance of good art lighting will not only transform the collection, but also the home.
This role will be predominantly out of the office meeting clients, with touch points in the office as necessary. This role would be best suited to a confident, outward going person, with strong organisational skills.
